• What is mig33?

  mig33 is a social entertainment platform company – a place for people to chat, play games, create personal personas and entertain each other.

• What functions does mig33 have?

• On which platforms are mig33 available?

  mig33 is available on the following platforms:

• How do I join mig33?

  Simply download the application on your phone, register, authenticate your account and you’re good to go!

• How do I invite my friends to join mig33?

  Get your friends to join the fun! You can invite friends to join mig33 by keying in their emails
  On Web: After logging in, scroll to “Invite friends via email”, and enter your friends' email addresses in the text box. After which, click “invite”.
  On mobile: Select “Invite” at the bottom navigational bar, key in email addresses in the text box and click “Invite”.

• Where do I find mig33 after I’ve downloaded it?

  Where the application is saved will depend on your phone. If you have not changed the default settings, you can usually find the mig33 applications in the following locations:
  
  a) Nokia: Menu > Applications > Games (Series 40) or Menu > Applications (Symbian. Unless moved)
  b) Sony Ericsson: Menu > Applications > Games
  c) Motorola: Menu > Games & Application
  d) Samsung: Menu > Applications > Games and more > More games
  e) LG: Menu> Games & Application > My Games & Applications > Application
  f) Huawei: Menu > Entertainment > Games (for those preinstalled) or Main screen > Groov3 (if you install new versions)

• Who are merchants?

  Our merchant program has been very successful for many entrepreneurial individuals who have started their own business. The merchants deliver an important payment channel for mig33’s everyday services. We have over 50 mentors that help grow our sales network of thousands of merchants, across 30 countries and 7 continents.

• What are migLevels?

  migLevels reflect a user’s status in mig33. The higher the migLevel, the higher the status of the user.

• Who are admins and moderators?

  Admins and Moderators have similar task, which is to maintain peace throughout our mig33 community. They are identified by a yellow ID.

• What are migCredits?

  A migCredit is the virtual currency used by users within the mig33 community. In the mig33 community, our members need migCredits to pay for bonus services or items.

• What are migGames?

  migGames are games created by mig33 for the fun and enjoyment for our users. There are 2 types of mig33 games:
  1. Chatroom Games: where you need to be in a chatroom to play.
  2. Non-Chatroom Games: where you can play the game on its own. Non-Chatroom games are only available on mig33 mobile applications.

• What is the migStore?

  The migStore is a virtual store where you can purchase:
  
  Gifts: can be sent to other users as a greeting during special occasions or just as friendly gestures
  Emoticons: take conversations beyond words and help users better express their emotions
  Super Emoticons: allow users to grab more attention by sending a buzz to their friends
  Avatar Items: for users to dress their avatars up in, to reflect their unique identities
  Themes: change the look and feel of mig33 on your mobile phone
  Other Services: which include calls and SMS
  
  **You will require sufficient migCredits to purchase items from migStore.
  

• What are mig33 Coaches?

  mig33 Coaches are members of our COACH program. As part of this program, the mig33 team will carefully select users who are active in welcoming new users to mig33, and helping them with their journey.
  
  Selected coaches receive special training from our Management. They also help users to learn and use mig33’s fun features, learn to make new friends, play games and have fun while at it.

• Profiles & Account Settings

• How can I change my username?

  Each username is unique and can’t be changed. Pick carefully when you register!

• What if I forgot my username and password?

  If you forget your username, you can request for it to be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Simply select the ‘Forgot Password’ feature on mig33 login screen and your password and username will be sent to you.

• How do I link my account to Facebook/Twitter?

  On Web:
  After logging in, click on your username at the navigational bar > Settings > Updates. Select “+ Add more applications” under “Share Posts Elsewhere”.
  On Mobile:
  After logging in, click on “Settings” at the bottom navigational bar > Updates. Under “+ Add more applications”, select the respective account that you want to link. (This feature is unavailable on J2ME.)

• What is a profile?

  Your mig33 profile is where you define yourself, what you like, where you are and who you’d want to be.

• What is an Avatar?

  An Avatar is a virtual representation of what you’d like to be. It’s fun, it’s simple to use and there’s many great ways you can express and dress yourself up!

• How do I recharge my migCredits?

  You can recharge your migCredits by logging into your mig33 account > Menu > My mig > Credits > Buy Credits. Alternatively, you can purchase credits from your local Merchants. You can also add credits by using one of the following methods:
  
  Local bank deposit
  
  Western Union
  
  Credit & Debit Cards
  
  Redeeming a Voucher
